Multi-location boat dealer is launching its newest site in northeastern Illinois during 2009. This flagship facility will outshine the competition and feature top brands in multiple upscale boating categories. On-water presence, access to large-scale launch facilities, and partnership with major waterfront residential resort community present a unique, rapid-growth situation. Build a world-class organization and share in the upside of this major opportunity. Incumbent will be responsible for overall operational success & profitability of this location.
Proven sales, customer service and operational track record in a big-ticket retail environment is required; a boating background (personal and/or professional) is a definite plus.
Incentive-based compensation program will be custom-tailored to reward a top performer.
