Sales Manager RX8101 

Multi-location boat dealer is launching its newest site in northeastern Illinois during 2009.  This flagship facility will outshine the competition and feature top brands in multiple upscale boating categories.  Build a high-performance sales team with support from established training, technology and marketing/lead-generation programs.  

Proven sales leadership is required; a boating background (personal and/or professional) is a plus. 

Compensation program is designed to reward a top performer:  Base salary plus benefits package is negotiable based on previous track record.  Performance-based bonus makes this a high-income opportunity.
