Waterfront resort developer in northeastern Illinois is actively marketing a unique combination of waterfront cottage homes, town homes and condominiums, as well as dock ownership opportunities to upscale prospects from greater Chicago and other nearby markets. The marina centerpiece of this development opened in 2008, and construction of the residences is now underway. This staff position is responsible for participation in ongoing waterfront lifestyle-oriented marketing activities, and for sales of primary/secondary residences and docks.
Proven residential/resort sales or marketing experience is strongly preferred, and boating/waterfront living (personal and/or professional) background is an advantage. Realtor credentials are not essential.
Compensation and benefits are negotiable based on experience.
